Happy New Year and Congratulations! we made it to another year :-) And its a fresh start to living our best life (although you can reset and restart at any time) and with each new year there are promises and resolutions to living a better life myself included and I must say, although its a struggle to keep up with allllllll the promises and resolutions for the year, when you do or at least make an honest effort to, the payoff is so rewarding. This year Ive decided to compile a list of things that I will make an effort to do and I wanted to share it in case you needed some ideas.
