Learning Lesson

OK this is definitely my learning lesson #1
When I started this blog it was in conjunction with the online boutique that I started and the boutique I started was to sell women clothing, so, I went to the Project show and the Coterie show last season and ordered "clothing" for my online boutique, and now that the season is here for the "clothing" to be delivered I'm excited :-) Well to my surprise 6 of the items that were to be delivered from two different companies have not arrived, so I call the companies all cheery and expectant that they Will say " Oh Shelli your items should arrive any day now" NOT THE CASE........I'm told that the items I ordered were never produced, Now when the first company relayed that message after 3 phone calls I thought they just lacked some customer service, why wouldn't you notify someone that the items they ordered would not be produced? and then I contacted the second company and was told the same thing......OK me being someone who has pledged to be customer friendly, am bewildered! but this is also my first time ordering, so its "A LESSON LEARNED"....and going forward I will contact the companies a month before delivery just to confirm "delivery"...........OK I'M OVER IT.....gotta make calls ;-)
